Barcelona · Reverse engineering and manufacturing
Real parts.
Accurate models.
Bespoke manufacturing.
We turn physical parts into accurate digital models, editable and ready to manufacture.
For automotive, motorsport, 4x4, motorcycles, camper and industry.
Send 2–3 photos and measurements. Feasibility with no obligation.
How a real part becomes CAD
Follow the Drive Forge journey: we capture the real geometry, reconstruct it with precision and leave it ready to manufacture. Every stage is an engineering decision, not a filter.
-
01
Physical part
The real component: broken, worn or discontinued. The starting point.
-
02
Point cloud
High-density 3D scanning: we capture the exact geometry, point by point.
-
03
Mesh / wireframe
We reconstruct the surface: the cloud becomes an editable triangulated mesh.
-
04
CAD model
Reverse engineering: clean geometry, with dimensions and parameters. Ready to modify.
-
05
Validation
Tolerances, assembly and strength checked before manufacturing. No surprises.
From a physical part to a solution ready to manufacture
We don't simply replicate geometries: we analyse each part's function, its assembly, its tolerances and the use it will face in the real world.
The process, in 20 seconds
From physical part to manufacturable model: 3D scanning, reverse engineering, CAD design and in-house manufacturing.
When there are no drawings, no catalogue and no easy spare, that's where we come in
- I have a part and there are no drawings.
- I need to manufacture a discontinued spare.
- I want to modify a part so it fits better.
- I have a broken part and need to replicate it.
- I want to make an upgrade for my car, motorcycle, 4x4 or camper.
- I need to convert a physical part to CAD.
- I want to prepare a part for 3D printing or machining.
- I need to improve cooling, flow, support, fit or strength.
- I want to manufacture a custom part that doesn't exist on the market.
Drive Forge turns real parts into digital files ready to design, modify, manufacture and validate.
Frequently asked questions
Can I order a part if I don't have drawings?
Yes. We can work from a physical part, photographs, measurements or references, depending on the level of precision required.
What do I need to send to request a quote?
Photos of the part, approximate measurements, end use, preferred material and any details about assembly or working conditions.
Can you make a single unit?
Yes. We work from a single part to small batches. There's no minimum order for prototypes or one-off replacement parts.
How long do you take to reply and deliver?
We reply with feasibility and a timeframe within 24–48 business hours. Many scanning and CAD projects are solved in a few days, depending on complexity and manufacturing.
How is the price calculated?
Every part is custom: the quote depends on the scanning, the design, the material and the manufacturing. We give you a fixed quote before starting, with no commitment.
